What the desk does
You deal with one company instead of four. We hold the contract, assign the crews, handle every request, and send one invoice.

How a request moves
- You email the desk, or call if it is urgent. One address for every service and every site.
- Your request is logged and given a deadline: emergencies within the hour by phone, most things by the next scheduled service.
- The right crew receives it with your building's notes and photos, and confirms when they will handle it.
- We follow up with the crew so you do not have to. If they are late, we escalate.
- You get a confirmation when it is done, with one tap to say fixed or not fixed. Not fixed reopens it with higher priority.

Your monthly report
- Visits completed and any missed, per site.
- Requests made and resolved, with dates and times.
- Photos from inspections.
- Supplies used and any extra work, before they appear on an invoice.
- Your renewal date and the next quarterly visit.
